Biography: Julia Muench resides in Leonardo, NJ. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music, U. of M., and is on the music faculty teaching piano and voice at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, in Red Bank, New Jersey.
Julia has a lifetime of performing and teaching music, as well as art experience to share. Many of her performances may be found on her youtube channels. Her work has received awards, including Steinway Teacher of the Year, ASCAP composer awards, and juried art awards for her fiber artwork, exhibited in several museums in the Northeastern US. Her recent Chromatic Warrior was on exhibit as part of 2023 New Jersey Annual art exhibit in Atlantic City.
