Pysanky for Healing: Workshop to Benefit Ukrainian Wounded Veterans
Celebrate Spring with the Ukrainian folk art of Pysanky, a symbol of hope, renewal and resilience. Part of the proceeds will benefit the humanitarian relief of Ukrainian wounded veterans in Ukrainian hospitals.
Saturday March 29 at Atlantic Highlands Arts Council, 54 First Ave., Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
There is also an iPad DRIVE for used iPads or tablets for veterans with eye injuries and/or poor vision. The devices help them read books, watch movies and keep in touch with family (many spend several months in the hospital). You can also donate here: Go Fund Me Campaign
